Welcome to HonestyPolicy
As this is my first post, I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Kirk, I’m 18 years old and just finishing up my lustrous High School career. My goal here is to take a look at everyday life and analyze it based on my perception and observations. I’m going to take everything from current issues to the history of earth as we know it and put my own spin on them, hopefully creating something entertaining, enabling my readers to learn a little about me and maybe even a bit about themselves. I thoroughly enjoy making people laugh as well as think, and I hope you will join me on this journey of self-discovery, funny moments, and profound statements.
This isn’t my first blog, in fact, it’s probably my third or fourth. I started writing blogs in my freshman year of High School, and they were entitled “Thoughts of the Day.” My posts mainly focused on my daily life in and out of school, peppered with my cynicism and foul language about everything that I did and did not like. Soon enough, they became very popular in a local sense as they included stories about people I interacted with on a daily basis. However, I’m now looking for some universal popularity; something everyone can relate to. I hope each and every one of my readers finds a part of themselves in my writing, and I look forward to interacting with them.
